In control panel, version dot yellow and blinking?

What does it mean?
At the upper Right Hand corner of the page,
it says Version: 1.0.9 and has a dot next to it.
I am pretty certain it was green and not flashing before.
Does that mean something is wrong with the program or that an update is available?

It means that an update is available, i have updated to verson 1.10 now

Just log into support and download the update file.

Download the update file?
It only brings up a text file?
Do I copy and paste it into a text editor and then upload it?
Do I name the file 1.0.9_to_1.1.0_upgrade.sql?
I'm not sure I understand.
