shipping question

i have set the shipping to a custom method only , as the delivery method is online.
When clicking the continue button as there is only one shipping method it goes straight to an identical page instead of seeing a shipping screen is there any way to stop this happening?

managed to make solve all the problems by making the zones in game for delivery appear as shipping methods with a value of 0 so in effect the user has a choice of zone from a drop down list.

Click the Continue... button at the bottom of the page to choose your shipping method


the file with the above text in that appears on view cart.

That text is not normally customizable. It is in squirrelcart/functions/show_cart.func.
