Is it possible to have a customer use his email-address and password instead of user-name and password?

My boss forgot his user-name but remembers his email-address.

Hi Stu,

You can't login using an email address instead of a user name. You can enter an email address as your username when creating it. If he clicks the "Forgot Password" link, and enters his email address, the cart will email him a new password, and should also email him his username.
