Would be real nice to have the orders section in the Admin section show exactly what product and how many of each product. I personally don't like to plug up my email box with orders and going into phpMyAdmin is a pain. Along with this would be nice to have a tracking number field and also so that the customer could go into their account and see what their orders were for say the past 60 days along with the tracking number. I know people are asking for real-time shipping but in the meantime this would suit me fine.
