Shipping Based on Price

I need to ship my products based on price. Which should be easy enough,
But when making a new shipping rule I dont see the option for "total price of order" . Im using Version: 1.6.1 , and I saw in another post where this was possible, http://www.ldev.com/forums/showthread.php?t=7&highlight=shipping+price

If someone could let me know, whether my cart has a problem, or if theres a way to work out shipping by price, that would greatly help my situation.

Hi,

On the Shipping Rule record, the Apply When has an "Order total is" option. That is the one to use if you want to base the rule on the order price total. Do you have that option in your cart?

I know this is gonna sound ridiculous but the "Order total" option wasnt there before. Hopefully you guys saw my support ticket and fixed something, if not im officially losing it.
