Hello

My company is going to use USPS Priority Mail to ship our products. We wanted to determine the price of shipping based on the price amount they order. I set up the rules according to the instructions, creating seperate records for each order price range total.

Upon running a test run of making a fake order, I noticed that when I would get ready to choose shipping, it allowed the person to choose the price they wish to pay. That wont work of course!

Example of our pricing method

Orders $25 or under ===$5.00 shipping charge
Orders $26 to $50 ===$10.00

...and so on.

Anything that I might be doing wrong?

We'll need to see the rules that you've created before we can determine the exact cause, though if I had to hazzard a guess right now I would say that this is probably caused by not having the proper priorities assigned.

Open a ticket with the help desk for this and we'll take a look at your configuration.
