I do not know that you will find anyone here that has setup there own web server. I have done system administration in the past for a small network but they never setup a web server. If Jamie or Rich have done some they might be able to help but other wise I can recommend some other forums that have some very knowledgeable people www.phpbuilders.com/board and www.webhostingtalk.com. I guarantee you can find tons of help at both with that issue.
