1. The folder sc_docs contain about 700KB but not working?
2. It should be taken off if we can already access from http://www.squirrelcart.com/help/1.5.0/?. This will save upload time and server resources.

I just checked that folder (sc_docs) in the distribution, and it's fine. You might want to reupload it.

I have tried installing both version 1.6.1 and 1.6.2

I tried to access the url direct and also from the "Installation procedures" link in read_me.htm

I get the same message Not Found

I checked the folder and seems all the files are there but just dont seems to load up.
