UPS Registration woes

Hi all,

I am trying to register with UPS and not having much luck.

When I click the Register link, please wait hangs for about 4 minutes, then I finally get a response from UPS. I click "next" and please wait sits there for about 10 minutes before I get the "agrre to the above" page from UPS with nothing in the agreement text page. If I hit "agree", please wait stays up for over 45 minutes before I finally give up.

Any ideas??

Please....does anyone have a clue what may be happening here?? I'm still unable to complete UPS registration. Is anyone else experiencing this? Could it be an issue with my hosting service??
