Text Input for options not sumitted to e-mail confermation

Textarea Input not posting to checkout reciept and e-mail. I have looked through formus and found no answer. Option type for seclection work fine.
Please let me know how to resolve the issue.

I placed file per instructions, had to remove add_to_cart.func.php because of error stating could not re declare. Still not showing up in receipt or e-mail.
Need this fixed please help. :eek:

It sounds like you renamed your existing add_to_cart.func.php file before uploading the one from the bug report. If you rename it, you must remove the .php extension, or it will be included and cause that error message.

If you had to remove the file from the bug report, then that would explain why it is still not working. I'm not sure if that is what you did or not. Please do the following:
1. confirm that you have the fixed add_to_cart.func.php in your "squirrelcart/functions/checkout" folder.
2. close all browser windows
3. test

If you still have a problem after that, please open a helpdesk ticket for this. If you already have one open, please respond to that ticket with the results.

Confirmed bug fix for cart ver 1.6 add_to_cart.func.php located in
squirrelcart/functions/checkout.
Rebooted computer still not working. Do need to creat a ticket?
I will not be charged for the ticket since this is a bug?

It looks like someone else opened a ticket for this, so I would just keep an eye on the bug reports forum for an updated fix.
