2 CheckOut; new product information requirements

Hello, I have recently received this notice from 2CheckOut. Apparently 2CheckOut now requires that the product information also be sent to their payment processing system. Is this something that you are aware of? Is a fix for squirrelcart forthcoming?

I have attached a txt file with the text of the 2CheckOut email.
