Installation on "add-on" domains

I recently purcahsed 2 more domain names and was looking at hosting thru Hosting Matters. They have an "add-on" domain feature that I kind of like and was wondering how this would work? The main control panel would operate like any other but one of the sites would be located in a seperate folder(not a sub-domain). Would I need to install 2 copies of squirrelcart or could I just install 1; have seperate themes,config files, databases,etc...? I'm not sure if this is the best way to go, please advise.

Hi rjwmotor,

The add-on domain acts just like a regular stand alone one with the exception that it is pointed to that folder you referenced. You'd need a separate license and installation for the add-on domain. You'll also need a separate database as well.
