edited config, store.php is blank

I believe I have my config.php file done correctly, but when you go to http://www.louiefoxx.com/isaaclouie/store.php you get nothing. No errors or anything. Why would it be completel blank? Shouldn't I get at least an error?

Hello,

Under normal circumstances you would get an error message, however; The PHP directive "display_errors" has been disabled on your site. This prevents PHP from displaying any error message that is encountered.
