Installation problem with arrays

I get this error on my storefront after running the import_db.php

Warning: array_merge() [function.array-merge]: Argument #1 is not an array in E:\nepentheservices\samplestore\squirrelcart\funct ions\catalog\show_categories.func.php on line 83

does anyone have any idea how to solve this.

everything else seems to work great!

the problem is php 5

I backed it down to 4.3.10 everthing is wonderful

Yes, that would definitely explain that. We will be adding support for PHP 5 in the next major release of Squirrelcart.
