Shipping options not displaying

After upgrading to v1.51, my client's shipping options are not being displayed. Just a default of "Priority Mail" is being added. My client is using UPS & USPS RTR, so this is kind of puzzling. The shipping was working correctly before the upgrade.

Anyone else having this issue, and/or find what needs to be done to correct it?

I haven't seen any specific problem like that. If its still happening, we can check it out for you. Just need a helpdesk ticket.

I will submit a ticket. It also appears to be returning extremely low shipping rates (like $3-4 for Priority Mail shipping a 4 lb. package, when it should be $10+).

I'm having the same problem but I don't even get the default.

Part of Norma's issue was due to missing weight entries for certain prducts. Without a weight assigned to each product, real time rates will fail. You may want to start there. If you continue to have problems, please open a ticket.

The upgrade does not transfer/add weight information to the additional new fields for "ship as separate package". Those products that were marked to be shipped separately simply needed the information transferred into those empty fields.

I'm having the same problem. I get a default priority mail shipping rate. I have other shipping methods choosen, but I'm never asked to select a different shipping method.

Be sure to check that there are shipping weights/dimensions in the "ship as separate package" fields.
