I have v1.4, and have the Address Form Settings set to default. I see the shipping / billing items checked off, but when I login, or create an account, I don't see shipping / billing, just one set of address info to be entered.
If I don't create an acct, and make an order, the address page with both billing & shipping appears.
So what do I set in order to allow customers to have both billing/shipping addresses?
I did change the Address Form Settings from residential to commercial, hoping that would display the billing/shipping, but it didn't work.
