Blank Page after applying shipping rule

I sent in a request yesterday for help with a blank page that I am getting when I try to checkout on my cart. Rich replied and told me to enable at least one shipping rule. I have since enabled a shipping rule but I am still getting the blank page. Can someone please help me!
