View Full Version : No Confirmation Email

I am not receiving the confirmation email from the shopping cart. The store settings are configured to send messages to orders@wildernessoutpost.com, the customer and the merchant account. I receive a verification from Authorize.net, but I have not received any messages to orders@wildernessoutpost.com from the shopping cart on the last 3 orders. It was working fine until now. I have not made any changes to either the shopping cart or the merchant account.

Any clue as to what may be causing this to happen? :confused:

Now into November and still no help. :eek: I have been waiting for some help with this problem before I can comfortably open the site for business once again.

I have noticed that the orders placed by a customer that creates an account generates a Wilderness Outpost Store order and has been received at the orders@wildernessoutpost.com email address. These orders when reviewed have a number in the Ordered By field. Any of the orders that do not generate an email from the cart the customer must not have created an account. These orders when reviewed do not have a number in the Ordered By field. When I look at the details for these orders, they reflect "0" as the number in the Ordered By field. I do not force the customer to create an account from the store settings. Could this be the reason why I am not receiving order confirmations from the cart? Is there a way to send the order confirmation anytime an order is placed?

I'm having this EXACT issue. Has Squirrel Cart contacted you or helped you with this yet? Or have you fixed it?

This thread is long dead. Many things can cause problems with email. If you'd like us to check this out for you, please open a helpdesk ticket.
