Best Payment Gateway

I saw the Poll on payment gateways (posted awhile ago) but am curious to see what other people are using primarily, or would recommend for a fairly simple cart I'm building. I'm only going to be selling posters and they are almost all the same price.. very simple. The client would like to accept CC's.. but is also open to PayPal as an alternative. It seems to me that 2checkout or authorize.net would be the best.

Any other recommendations?
