Hi support,

I am setting up 2Checkout.com as a payment gateway on my website. I used to use 2checkout.com about 5 months ago but only in the last week re-activated my website. Now I get the following message...

---
1
Parameter Error.

Incorrect parameters were supplied therefore this purchase cannot begin.
---

I am sure everything is correct as per your setup instructions for 2Checkout.com.

Has the 2Checkout.com parameters recently changed and therefore the Squirrelcart parameter passing incorrect?

Please help... :o

Have a great day...

Hi Stephen,

2Checkout has recently made some changes, but as we understand it these changes were made to their newer server(s).

Please rename your existing "squirrelcart/payment_gateways/2checkout.php" file and upload the one attached to this post. Let us know the results. If you continue to have problems, please open a help desk ticket.

Hi Rich,

I did as you said and copied the new 2checkout.php script over the old one and still get a problem.

This time I don't get a parameter error but get passed to the 2checkout web site with some fields automaticalled passed.

What happens though is that the following happens:

Product Total: $ 0.00 USD
Order Total: $ 0.00 USD

The script does not pass the $ value for the purchase.

You can see this for yourself if you go to:
http://www.sonicwebworks.com and try to place an order for a product.

I have tried this for both the secure and non-secure mode setting in the squirrelcart admin and the same thing occurs.

Your help would be greatly appreciated...

Hi Stephen,

I think at this point we will need a helpdesk ticket for this. Be sure to provide FTP information in the ticket so we can check this put.

Thanks,
Jamie
