can't post message after purchase

I purchased squirrelcart under username kathleenc (actually wife ordered for me), but can not log in here under that name and cannot post to forums under this name.

Can however log into main support site under kathleenc but not forums.

You should add the email address associated with your forum account to your support profile, after logging in on the support page using the account you created at purchase:

http://www.squirrelcart.com/support.php

If you can't log in on the support page with the account you created when ordering, then click the "Forgot Password?" link on our support page to get a new password.
