Addition of coupon code?

Ok, I probably am posting this in the wrong topic, so I apologize if I am.

Here is my question......
Jamie had commented about a discount option. :yahoo:

I was wondering if a coupon code type thing would be something that would work? I have seperate pricing for my members and if I could just give them a code to enter, it would solve alot of work. ;)

I really like the feature for the New Products and the customers being able to click on a link to see what is new.

Hi,

We will be adding a coupon code feature in the future, as part of an overall discount feature. We will also be adding a group based pricing feature, that will allow you to offer different prices to different groups. You can then add certain users, say to a "Wholesale" group, and specify a special price on your product records for that group.
