Hi Bratched,
UPS OnLine Tools requires MCrypt, OpenSSL, and CURL. It looks like you do not have CURL installed. I would check with your web host and see if they will add it for you.
Thanks,
Jamie

When I try to enable UPS again, i get the error above when I am registering with UPSThe web server that is hosting your site does not have mCrypt installed. mCrypt, as Jamie mentioned above, is a required component for the UPS Online Tools.
You can determine if mCrypt is installed by looking at the PHP info file for your server: http://www.greatscotbiscotti.com/squirrelcart/phpinfo.php
You're looking for the section with a header of mCrypt, as can be found on our PHP info file: http://demo.squirrelcart.com/squirrelcart/phpinfo.php
You'll need to have mCrypt installed before the UPS Online Tools will function.
