Shipping rule for P.O. Boxes

Is there a way to write a rule that would select USPS as the courier only if a domestic order is placed with a PO Box as the shipping address. Otherwise, UPS would dominate. If this is not available now, would this be an option for upgrades.

That wouldn't be possible. There are no plans to include such a feature, but feel free to add this to the Requests forum and it will be considered.
