UPS shipping restriction

I have 2 issues that I need to modify regarding UPS shipping restrictions. UPS will not ship to a P.O. Box. Since the UPS RTR is the only method of shipping that I use, I need to insert a text message informing the customer not to use a P.O. Box for the shipping address on the Billing / Shipping information form.

I would also like to know if there is a way that to restrict the entry of a P.O. Box in the address fields of the Billing / Shipping information form. Is it possible to return an error in the address field of the form if the customer enters in a P.O. Box number?

Hi,

The template file that you would add your message to is "ship_billing_address_header.php". We do not have anything that would allow you to force non P.O.Box addresses.
