Dear Sir,
I came across ur website & found ur cart quite helpful.We are web designers & are looking to buy a shoppingsolution for our customer.Although most of ur info is quite clear,we would like to double check with you.
1. For shipping charges,does ur cart support ups ground,next day air, 2 day air and 3 day air,usps & fedex real time quotes ?
2. Our customer would like to base the shipping charges on product weights.I do not see any place for adding weight in the admin section for adding products ?? We want the product weight to be calculated with shipping options of ups ground,next day air, 2 day air and 3 day air,usps & fedex??
3. When we make a purchase, do u send the software by email ?
4. Do we have to put ur name in our shopping site ?
5. We do not want the customer login enabled ?
6. Can we have our own custom payment gateway ?

An early response would be appreciated.

Hi,

Thanks for contacting us.

1. We support UPS and USPS real time rate lookups, but not FedEx. You can add manual shipping rules for FedEx if you wish.

2. For real time lookups, the shipping rates are based on the weight of the items. The weight for a product is controlled by the "weight" field on it's record in the admin interface.

3. After purchase, we manually check the order to ensure it is legitimate. We then send an email with download instructions.

6. We do not provide support for this. If you are good with PHP, you should be able to create one.
