Message after purchase

I have a problem that seems to be occurring intermittently. It seems to occur more regularly when I order more than 4 items. After I go through the process of ordering and should get the return message “Thank you for your order” I get the following error:

The problem I see is that the cart and merchant account email back with the appropriate notifications to the shopping cart email stating the items have been purchased. The Order Statistics do not show any items sold. The items are still remaining in the customers shopping cart which may allow them to try to order the items again. The Merchant Account would charge them a second time for the same order.

Hi Jamie,

Thanks for the reply, here is the error message I am seeing on the Thank you page. This also sends confirmation and order emails, however there is no record of the order in the admin section of the site. I removed the email address.

Hi,

OK...so just to be sure, you did apply that fix, correct?

Does the error actually have those spaces between some of the field names? As in:

Sh ipping_Total
Bill_Comp any
etc...

If so, that would definitely cause a problem, and I have no idea what would cause that. If you did apply that fix, please open a helpdesk ticket for this so we can check it out in more detail.

The spaces are not in the actual error, those are just from the line breaks created by the forum.

I did apply the fix and will open a help desk ticket for this.
