Is your purchasing system malfunctioning? I have a client who has been trying to purchase your software but has been unsuccessful. If there is any suggestions, pass them on as they would be much appreciated. Thanx,

We're not aware of any problems with the ordering system, and have had no other reports of problems during purchase. If you can give us some specifics of the problem you were having, error messages for example, it would be appreciated.

I see that a purchase for an installation was entered into our system, and that installation was performed yesterday evening, so I assume that you're all set now. If not, please let us know.
