I haved moved over to a dedicated server and have a some problems in a few areas, but I think I need to start at the basic requirements. When I use the Requirements and Server Info tool I see that all is O.K. except for the Open SSL.

PHP version is OK
MySQL version is OK
CURL is enabled
OpenSSL is not enabled

I used the following link to check the PHP Info for the server
http://www.wildernessoutpost.com/squirrelcart/phpinfo.php and it shows
OpenSSL support enabled
OpenSSL Version OpenSSL 0.9.7a Feb 19 2003.

I have a SSL Certificate from AltairSSL / COMODO Group installed. What am I missing.

Could this be causing the UPS Rates and Shipping errors that I am getting?

I found the resolution to this problem to be the way I compiled CURL. Once I recompiled CURL with the OpenSSL everything seemed to be corrected. The UPS Rates now post and the Server Requirements are all O.K.
