Parse Error in get_records.func

I have opened a ticket for my problem. Also I am writing here so that I may get a quick response.

Parse error: parse error in /usr/local/4admin/apache/vhosts/mydomain.com/httpdocs/squirrelcart/functions/get_records.func on line 12

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: get_records() in /usr/local/4admin/apache/vhosts/mydomain.com/httpdocs/squirrelcart/functions/get_field_val.func on line 5

How to solve this ?
