View Full Version : Support Forum and UPS Online Tools Question

I cannot post to the support forum.

I am having a problem with UPS Online Tools. I installed mcrypt and curl and the tool starts successfully.

However, the "I agree" start page when you first use UPS Online Tools is blank (There is nothing to agree to)... you can continue through and register for an account, but then I get an error (Cannot connect to server) when trying to use the UPS Online Tools (both tracking and rate chart)...

Has anyone else had this problem?

I am behind a firewall, is there a certain port I need to open?

I am running Windows/MySQL/PHP/OpenSSL/MCrypt/Curl

I posted a help desk request a week ago and no response..

Thanks Jamie... I replied to my post in my helpdesk ticket a few days ago. I also gave you FTP access and the correct URL... could you please let me know ... i really need to get these tools working... that is the main reason I bought Squirrelcart
