Manuals online, postgres?

Howdy,

Are there any plans to support PostgreSQL?

Are the installation manuals online anywhere that I can look at?
I have some questions about mySQL and the required Perl modules,
hooking up to authorize.net, and OpenSSL/keys to talk to UPS that
would likely be answered in the manuals.
