Slow browsing with version 1.4

Hi,

Once i upgraded to version 1.4 i find the pages load very slowly, before with ver. 1.3 was working fine. any info i can give you to see what might cause this problem?

Hi Derick,

There are no major changes to the way Squirrelcart grabs records, or displays products. You can see the full details of the changes here:

I can't think of anything that would decrease performance. If you have your entire store backed up, I would suggest installing your old 1.3.0 version in a subdirectory, using a second MySQL database if you have one available. Then you could test side by side.
