Over 1 Week Later - Order Still Not Processed

Hmmm. I noted that there have been a number of people disappointed that it had taken them up to a couple of days to receive their order. We are getting a little antsy to get the cart added to our web site. Is there any other means to contact ldev other than the sales@ email address?

My apologies. This is the first correspondance we've had regarding this since the order was placed. I just sent the download email to the email address that was used to order. Average wait time to receive the download instructions after ordering is an hour or so. The messages you saw from others were all within a 2 day span in October in which we were experiencing problems with our MySQL server.

In your case, your account was marked approved in our system. I am not sure why an email was not generated.
