I finally have my site set up for as much automation as I can achieve. I re-enabled my LinkPoint gateway last night and hope that my shipping rules are correct...
Today I received a receipt from Link Point that an order was paid for. I never received the order. So I started looking around my admin, in setting (didn't change a thing) and Order Managment. The order is not there... at all. Then I see another unfamiliar name from last week and I didn't receive that email order either.
What could be causing this? All of my "test" orders come through to me fine. I can't afford to miss any emails though and its a good thing that I only get like 3 orders per week. (I'm hoping by going automatic that will help increase that though).
