Hello. I had to change ISP's since the old on would NOT upgrade php from 4.0.2 to a more current version. So I'm back to installling it again. I got past all the old php code problems and not I'm running in to time out issues.
ADMIN CONSOLE: If I load the store setting I get a time out. ERROR:
Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in D:\hshome\darts\dartoidsworld.com\squirrelcart\fun ctions\get_records.func on line 37
some of the data is display then the error

Also I receive an error when you click CONTINUE in the cart. ERROR:
Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in D:\hshome\darts\dartoidsworld.com\squirrelcart\fun ctions\get_records.func on line 37

(which is the same error)

The Over all speed of cart is MUCH slower then before. It really takes a long time to display pages. Hopefully when the timeout error is correct the store will run at normal speed again.

Thanks

I feel I'm close!! Can't wait to get this going!

Hi Mike,

Please head over to our helpdesk and open a ticket for this. We will need to get into the site and see what the problem might be. We will need FTP and cart login info, so please make sure you include that in the ticket.

Thanks,
Jamie

I opened one yesterday. I didn't get a response so I posted the question here hoping it would be a quick fix.

Let me know if you don't see the ticket (Call ID 626)

Please cancel the last request. It had to be the ISP because the site was so slow. I have another ISP I can test it on. If I get the same error I'll open another ticket.

Thanks
