New Products Category

How do I make this show the new products? How long are they new products? Can I change how long? Can I move a product out of it?

You can't add products to it. Products are considered new based on the "New" field in your store settings. Enter the number of days you want an item considered new. Then, any item added to the cart within the number of days from today that you specified will automatically appear in that category. You can control where and if the "New Products" category will be displayed on it's record in the Categories table.
